In order to stay open and service your needs at this time, we have been required that you read the following statements and to sign that you consent to continue. These statements below are in line with current advice and guidance from our governing bodies, the Government and our insurers.
Staff Health: At this moment, neither Ben nor Meyrem are exhibiting any symptoms of COVID19 infection.
Ben and Meyrem are both testing their temperature on a daily basis to catch anything early.
We will be wearing full Personal Protective Equipment as recommended by Public Health England.
Hygeine: Ben and Meyrem are both washing their hands between every patient, and at least once an hour otherwise.
Hand sanitiser is available for everyone’s use, and patient use is a requirement of treatment.
All sections of the bench, face pillow and all seating are sanitised between every patient.
All hard surfaces are sprayed with disinfectant between every patient.
All commonly handled items such as door handles are disinfected between every patient.
The room is aired for 15 minutes between each patient.
Distancing: Patients are booked at least 15 minutes apart to avoid interaction, to allow airborne droplets to fall, to aerate the premises, and to allow time for extra cleaning measures.
High Risk: Those in the “clinically extremely vulnerable” group who have been asked to self-isolate for 12 weeks from 23rd March cannot be offered face-to-face care.
COVID-19: This virus appears to be spreading easily, and is thought to spread mainly from person-to person through people who are in close contact with one another (within about 2m) or through respiratory droplets produced when an infected person coughs or sneezes. Whilst we screen for symptoms, it is currently thought that not everyone develops major symptoms, and even amongst those who do, the virus can be spread for up to 3-5 days before symptoms develop.
Ultimately, we are doing all that we reasonably can to minimise risk whilst remaining open. However, we cannot eliminate risk, especially as COVID-19 can be spread by those showing no symptoms.

NHS Coronavirus Higher Risk Advice
Further, for those in the moderate “clinically vulnerable” group – so those who are over 70, pregnant, or with milder co-morbidities, you are strongly recommended not to attend any face-to-face consultations. However, at your insistence, we will endeavour to take these further precautions:
