Meyrem's passion has always been within the healthcare profession and she has previously volunteered within the NHS in a non osteopathic capacity before she found her true calling. She is a fully qualified and registered osteopath recognised by most private healthcare companies including AXA/PPP, Aviva, Pru-Health and WPA.

Meyrem completed her training at the British College of Osteopathic Medicine (BCOM) in London, which is one of the leading teaching establishments in the UK. Meyrem graduated in 2005 and has been a successful osteopath working within a busy private GP clinic in Mayfair, a multifunctional sports facility in north London and a leisure centre in Cheshunt. She also brings with her, experience of previously working in a busy North London outpatient clinic as well as more specialised areas of sports injuries, elderly, pregnant mothers and children. The service Meyrem provides includes mobilisations, joint adjustments, deep tissue massage, stretching techniques, western acupuncture and sports/ Kinesio taping.

Previous studies at the University of Westminster gained her the qualifications of BSc (hons) Human Physiology, Diploma Naturopathy and a Diploma Sports massage therapy. She has a vast experience of work experience within the medical field.

Meyrem started and established The Mobile Osteopath after finding a niche for osteopathic treatments for patients who couldn't walk, move or drive anywhere to seek help. She soon realised that mothers with young children who found it difficult to find childcare also preferred a home visit.

Meyrem's approach is honest, ethical and she will use her clinical judgment to improve the patient's complaint with the least number of treatments. There are NO up-front fees or bulk bookings. Meyrem prefers to treat on a session by session basis and tailors each individual treatment specifically for the patient. The majority of her new patient list is gained via word of mouth recommendations.
